Ecommerce marketing services, run as one system

Sidekicks runs search, paid media, email, creative, and web for Shopify brands doing $1M to $5M. Most brands need four of the five, the mix shifts through the year, and it all reports to one number at the end of the month.

You do not have to take all of it. Plenty of brands start with the one thing that is urgent and decide about the rest later.

Five channels, one report
Most brands need four of five

Channel-level reports let every vendor look successful while revenue stays flat. One report is harder to hide behind.

What we run

01Search and AI visibility

Technical fixes, collection page copy, content, and links, plus the structured data and third-party work that gets a brand named in AI answers. Collection pages are where most Shopify traffic is won and where Shopify ships you nothing.

02Paid media

Facebook, Instagram, and Google, managed against what the spend earns after product cost and shipping rather than what the platform reports. Priced by account size rather than as a cut of your budget.

03Email and SMS

Klaviyo flows and campaigns. Most accounts have a welcome sequence and an abandoned cart, and six more flows that were never built. That gap is usually the difference between email as a small channel and a real one.

04Creative

Product photography, video, and ad creative shot for your products rather than pulled from a library. One shoot produces the assets your ads, email, and product pages all run on.

05Web

Shopify stores and Webflow marketing sites, designed and built in house. Simple builds go live in fourteen days, custom work is scoped and quoted first.

06Brand and packaging

Identity systems and guidelines, plus packaging design through to dielines and print-ready files. The identity runs across everything above, and the packaging is the only part of it a customer physically holds.

07Social

Content, posting, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Usually alongside one of the above rather than on its own.

The connections

Why they run together

Each of those works better with the others underneath it, and the connections are specific rather than a claim about synergy.

Creative feeds paid

A paid account with three ads has a supply problem rather than a settings problem.

Email captures the rest

Traffic arriving at a store with two flows leaks most of its value on the way out.

Search and AI share inputs

Structured data, reviews, and pages that answer real questions do both jobs.

The site decides

A citation or a click that lands on a slow product page cost money to earn and returned nothing.

That is why the reporting is one number rather than five. Channel-level reports let every vendor look successful while revenue stays flat.

Scope

Start with one or take all of it

Most brands do not hand over everything on day one and we do not expect that. If one thing is urgent, start there.

01Email is a small share of revenue
02Ads worked and then stopped
03The site is slow and it shows
04You are shooting on a phone
05Competitors are found and you are not

Any one of those is a narrower scope and a smaller number. Several at once is when the full retainer makes sense, and we will tell you which one you are looking at rather than sell you the larger version.

Pricing

What it costs

Single service
From $1,800
a month, after setup
Full retainer
$6k to $15k
a month, scope dependent

Engagements run six months minimum, which is the shortest term where the work has time to produce something worth judging. There is no markup on ad spend and no percentage of revenue.

06What you do not do
What ecommerce marketing services do you offer?

Marketing strategy, search and AI visibility, paid media on Facebook, Instagram and Google, email and SMS in Klaviyo, product photography and video, Shopify and Webflow builds, brand identity, and packaging design. Strategy is where most engagements start, because the rest of it is easier to sequence once your numbers agree with each other.

Do I have to buy all of them?

No. Most brands start with one service, usually email or the site, because that is what is urgent and because it is a smaller commitment to a team they just met. If it goes well we talk about the rest.

How do you decide what my brand needs?

The free audit. We go through your store, your email, your ads, and your search presence from the outside and come back with the three things costing you the most, ranked. That conversation decides scope rather than a package on a pricing page.

Who actually does the work?

The same two people run every engagement. Jeremy runs the relationship and the day to day, and Jimmy runs the strategy and checks the work before it goes out. Specialists come in depending on what is in scope and you will know their names.

Can you work alongside our existing team or agency?

Yes, and it happens often. A brand with an in-house marketer usually needs capacity around them rather than a replacement. If you already have an agency on one channel we will work around them, though the reporting gets harder to reconcile and that is worth knowing upfront.

What do you not do?

Amazon and marketplace management, influencer programs, and anything requiring a dedicated media buyer at enterprise spend. We will say so on the call rather than take the work and learn on your account.

Two business days

Start with the audit

Before scoping anything we go through your store from the outside and come back with the three things costing you the most. Two business days, no account access, and you keep the findings whether or not you hire us.
